Can I get multiples of my basic pledge?
Yes, simply select an “Extra” pledge and you will receive another copy of all items included in the selected pledge (including all associated stretch goals).

Can I get this game in a different language?
No. This Kickstarter is only for the English version of the game. Versions in other languages will be up to our international partners, and so are not part of this campaign.

What are the refund policies for this project?
We can refund you within 14 days of the campaign’s end, fees included. After that, we have a policy of no questions asked, though that’s minus Kickstarter and payment processing fees (10% - which we can’t get back from them after 14 days) until the pledge manager deadline. After the deadline, we may, at our sole discretion, refund and/or provide credit against future Kickstarter campaigns, in whole or in part (less 17.5% for expenses), upon request. This Kickstarter refund policy is subject to change without notice, and may be revised from time to time.

What is BackerKit?
BackerKit is a service that crowdfunded project creators use to keep track of hundreds to tens of thousands of backers—from shipping details, pledge levels, preferences and quantities, whether they have paid or had their card declined, special notes, and everything in between!
The BackerKit software and support team is independent from the campaign’s project team—BackerKit does not handle the actual reward shipping. For more information about the preparation or delivery status of your rewards, please check the project's updates page.
How does BackerKit work?
After the campaign ends, the project creator will send you an email with a unique link to your survey. You can check out a walkthrough of the process here.
I never received my invitation. How do I complete the survey?
The most common reasons for not receiving a survey email is that you may be checking an email inbox different from the email address you used to sign up with Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account, or it may be caught in your spam filter.
Confirm that the email address you are searching matches the email address tied to your Kickstarter, Indiegogo, or Tilt Pro account. If that doesn’t work, then try checking your spam, junk or promotions folders. You can also search for "backerkit” in your inbox.
To resend the survey to yourself, visit the project page and input the email address associated with your Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account.
How do I update my shipping address?
BackerKit allows you to update your shipping address until the shipping addresses are locked by the project creator. To update your address, go back to your BackerKit survey by inputting your email here.
When will my order be shipped, charged or locked?
That is handled directly by the project creator. BackerKit functions independently of the project itself, so we do not have control of their physical shipping timeline. If you want to check on the project’s status, we recommend reading over the project's updates page.
I completed the survey, but haven't received my rewards yet. When will they arrive?
As BackerKit does not actually handle any rewards or shipping, the best way to stay updated on the shipping timeline would be to check out the project's updates page.
By confirming your order, you agree that this sale is final and no refunds will be issued except at our absolute discretion. You further acknowledge that the final look, materials and content of the order (and the project) are subject to change and may differ substantially from what is presented on Kickstarter or other relevant site. You agree that our responsibility to you is to ship your order as entered into our pledge manager system, that title and risk passes to you upon delivery to a common carrier for such shipment, and you are responsible for import duties or any other duties that may be payable to the relevant tax authorities. You are also responsible for providing correct address information and ensuring this address is deliverable by normal methods. We regret we are unable to ship to PO Boxes. Refunds will be net of all handling costs, Kickstarter commissions, and credit card processing fees. Refunds and/or cancellation requests will only be considered before we begin the process of packaging your pledge for shipping.
We reserve the right to cancel your order at any time, for any or no reason, and will refund to you payments received from you, excluding Kickstarter fees and credit card processing fees (3rd party fees). We shall refund 3rd party fees as well if we cancel your order after you have confirmed your pledge, or if the order is cancelled by us before the Pledge Manager deadline. Such refunds will be made as set out in our Refund Policy.
Limitation of liability: CMON's liability to you shall be restricted, to the extent allowable by law, to the amount received directly from you by CMON.
If you do not accept these terms please do not confirm your order, but instead wait for the retail release.
To make sure you have the best gaming experience, all CMON products included in this campaign are warrantied against manufacturing defects for 6 months from the date of delivery, as set by the submission of tracking number (proof of purchase required). If you open your game and see that something is missing or broken, our customer service team will work hard to get you replacement parts and make things right. Simply contact Customer Support.
Note: Warranty does not cover accidental damage, theft, loss, or any other event that is not a manufacturing defect.
